Refund Policy
For our live lectures, a 100% refund shall be made if you contact us within 3 days prior to an event. We can either give you 100% refund in monies due or we can let you apply your credit to another lecture. If you contact us at the date of the event you will be given a 50% refund or we can apply 50% payment to another upcoming lecture. If you contact us after the date of our event, no refund will be given. Contact must be done by email for us to show a written record.
